Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 5-10 business days after processing. You'll get a tracking number by email.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $49. Smaller orders pay a flat rate shown at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email support@wugaaa.com first and we'll guide you.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, free.
