Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Wugaaa order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at support@wugaaa.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, please follow the return process above.
